MTC Day!

Sister Broekhuijsen arrived at the MTC at 12:45 today (Wednesday, 31 August). The picture with her brothers was taken this morning before they left for school - she would not be thrilled with me if she knew I had posted it! The one in front of the tree was taken just before leaving Highland, and the other at the MTC - with "her" car in the background. Notice that she is smiling and I (mom) have puffy eyes - not from crying - I just have some allergies… :-)

Hello, all! This is my new blog. In less than 5 hours I will be set apart as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

My family will be updating both this and my facebook page while I'm gone. I'll try to be as entertaining as my brother, but I can't promise anything.

I hope you hear from my friends and family often. This means YOU!

Thanks to everyone who has supported me financially and otherwise - I'm grateful to have a strong fan base back home.
